「設備は若干古いが、スタッフは質問やお願いに丁寧に対応してくださった。 空港への送迎シャトルも問題なく利用できたため、総じて十分価格相当だと思う。」

「We didn’t get out booked room of a king bed, but we were tired and 2 queens was fine. Then later that night while we are in bed we have other guest walk into our room. Apparently they were given the same room. The front desk called to verify it was me in the room then hung up. At this point our cards got deactivated but they never told us this and that we would have to get them rekeyed at the desk. And throughout the night there was this weird tapping maybe from the next room but sound proofing...

「The staff was nice. Thats about the only good thing to say about the hotel. There was a lady slumped over in a car outside of my room when we arrived. The door for my room wasn't the appropriate size and there was an opening at the bottom I had to stuff a towel in to make sure no critters came in. I wish I would have taken photos. Breakfast was minimal.The pool water looked cloudy and dirty so we never got in. I don't feel any of these issues are the staffs fault but management needs to invest...

「The only good thing I have to say was that parking was the only good part of this hotel. The staff were non emotional and all looked unhappy. Never once was there a smile on anyone’s face. If you asked a question, it was answered as short as possible. The room was terrible. The extra door lock was broken and barely hanging on. The bathroom door didn’t close. There was only 1 usable outlet, and it was dangling. The sink had a huge crack in it. I kept socks on because I didn’t want to put my feet...

「Room was clean and cool, staff were super friendly and the breakfast was impressive! The bar and food in the evening was priced well and had good pours! The pool was pretty small, but we will definitely be back!」
