「I loved the hotel it was clean the staff were very helpful but the only thing I didn’t like was the limited items for breakfast and the eggs were so dry」

「I come to Lansing every 4th and originally used to stay at the Marriott downtown and with kids the Hyatt House is a far better choice and overall just higher quality. I left my wedding ring in my room and they called and we made arrangements to get my ring back and even offered a shipping option. I'll be staying here for every Lansing visit. 」

「the staff was great. the room was clean. the door could use some work. I really ahs to push down on the handle. other than that everything was great, the afternoon shift on Saturday was the best.」
