"This was our second time staying at the lodge. The place is clean amd comfortable. The room has everything you need if youre an out of towner, the humidifier was a life saver for the dry colorado air. Our bartenders Alex and another guy, I can't remember his name, wer super nice and made our first night there awesome, after a 10 hour drive. "Historic hotel with water taking up to 7 minutes to warm up, which is mentioned at check-in. Historical pictures and artifacts were cool. AC units run for a very short time, then come on again and again. However, the grounds are beautiful!"

"We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town."
