「I did not use the amenities. The breakfast was nice. It was a comfortable, safe, clean place, good value for the dollar.」

「I was here for a conference. The location was convenient to downtown. Plenty of on-site parking (for a fee). Staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. Room was adequate although there was no in-room safe, and the iron didn't work. Overall, it was your average hotel room. The bar area was nice for a group gathering. The conference space seemed well done.」

「The property shows very well, it looks clean and modern while still allowing the classic New England costal charm to shine. The rooms are small but with everything thing there is to do both at the property and along the strip, you won’t be spending much time in the room anyways, One note about he coffee shop, it is VERY expensive and the quality is not great. We opted to go out on the strip for food each day. They don’t highlight this enough, but there is a pool outside right next to the beach...

「Fantastic time at the Harbor Inn. The staff from Paul at the front desk who was super helpful and accommodating to the bartenders at the pool cabana bar to housekeeping, etc. would go out of their way to make your experience the best. We can't recommend this hotel enough」

「This hotel doesn’t match the reality. Booked for one night, and was supposed to check in at 4PM, my room was not ready until 5:20PM. Front desk said that if you book your stay 10 days in advance you have a free parking otherwise $28 per night, but where should people know that 10 day period information from ? Went to outdoor pool at 6PM, and it was all rainy and cold, for some reason the indoor pool was closed and they had no intentions of opening it due to the short staff. One hotel staff...

「The rooms and restaurant are beautiful」

「My daughter sat in a chair outside to eat breakfast. She had shorts on and when she stood up her legs were on fire. After inspecting the chair it looked like the chair was degrading and there were fiberglass particles all over it. I told the staff and asked them to remove the chair but nothing was done. My daughter was very unhappy and in a lot of pain」
