"The rooms in the pyramid are old. They don’t have refrigerators, unless you want to pay extra. No coffee makers. Their automated check in process is very problematic. Had to get my cards re-programmed multiple times, which meant standing in long lines and wasting my vacation time. Staying at the Luxor made my stay in Las Vegas worse. We were also put in a handicap accessible room for some reason and the showers head was mounted in a way that it just sprayed across the bathroom. We didn’t have...
