「Nantucket Inn has moved right to the top of our favorite bed and breakfast stays. Check-in was easy and cordial, and we received some excellent restaurant recommendations. Our room was one of the smaller (the smallest?) at the inn, but perfectly adequate for two, and perfectly clean. We had fresh cookies waiting for us on the nightstand. 「The backyard garden and the view of the sea are the showstoppers here. We were in Washington for three weeks and this was the best view of the islands we had. The Inn is conveniently located near Deception Pass which offers more breathtaking scenery and some great hikes. The breakfast was as impeccable as the garden. 「Our 2 night stay at Penn Cove cabin was magical! We saw bunnies, hummingbirds & eagles all from the front porch meadow area. And hearing the frogs in the pond as you drift off to sleep was so peaceful. The cozy little cabin is tucked away in the woods yet so close to anything you need.
