Instructions for entry were clear. Door key was tricky at first, but we got the hang of it eventually. Bus routes nearby. No complaints. Would not hesitate to book again. 」

「The hotel is a striking and unusual building, very handsome, though we would have appreciated better signs - the rooms in the 400s, which had to be accessed through the library, were difficult to find when first arriving. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the location of the hotel, near the seafront sights (the Mary Rose museum, Nelson's flagship Victory, etc) and the ferry ports. Everything clean and well maintained.」

「チェックアウト前に延泊の手続きを、ＷＥＢからをしました。1度チェックアウトしなければと思い、荷物をまとめたら、すぐに対応してくれて部屋はそのままで良いといわれました。とても対応が早くてうれしかったです。また、翌朝8時出発の航空機に乗るため、深夜出発にもかかわらず、快く対応してくださいました。深夜出発のため、朝食を選択できませんでしたが、次回宿泊の際は、朝食も頂こうと思います。駐車場、Ｗｉｆｉが無料なので、また泊まりたいです。」

「Our stay at the property was a pleasant one. The beds and bathroom were clean but the carpet has noticeable dirt/stains in the room and the chairs in the common area were very dirty. The staff were exceptional and very helpful and kind. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices.」
