「We had a wonderful time in Albany. We booked a 5 night stay at the Golf and Beach Retreat. The weather was not in our favour for a few days but that didn't deter us from getting out and about. We were well equipped for it! We enjoyed some lovely food and took in many of the sights that Albany is famous for. The Whaling Station is a must! 「The Grange on Calgan Farm is placed on beautiful grounds with views over the Kalgan River. It is very quiet and relaxing, however, even though it is advertised as pet and child friendly the host is not particularly friendly towards dogs and children. We had a lovely time in Albany, and spent hardly any time at the Grange, with two adults, two teenage children and a labrador, expecting a dog friendly place, as it was advertised, but did not feel welcome with our dog.
