「The $30 parking fee was not disclosed on expedia and is not in line with local parking fees at a hotel of this price point ($200/night). That left me feeling scammed that i was charged an additional 15% for parking. The property was close to restaurants and shopping centers but it is not walkable to downtown carmel. The room was nicely furnished. The hot tub was only a warm tub.」

「古い施設ですが、清潔に保たれていました。新旧の建物がが連結されているため、部屋によっては、雨が降ると渡り廊下で濡れてしまうかもしれません。周辺には飲食店も多く、Walgreensが近くにあるのも良かったです。また、オールドフィッシャーマンズワーフなど観光スポットにも徒歩圏です。サンフランシスコやサンノゼからのシャトルバスの停車場が近いのも便利です。」

「シャワーの設備が古いせいか、水圧弱く、バスタブの水栓金具との連結も悪く、シャワー浴時には不満が残る。スタッフの愛想もそれほど良くなく、ホスピタリティと言う点でも疑問が残る。質問には答えてくれるものの、プラスアルファのサービスは期待しない方が良い。アメリカの昔からのモーテルと言うイメージ。 」

「The staff were nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The rooms do not have AC, but the staff did provide an oscillated fan. I do wish the pillows on the bed were a little bigger, on the small side for me. Ample amount of available free parking on the premises. The location was great it was close to everything we wanted to do. There are plenty of restaurants, breweries, and entertainment within 5 to 10 minutes.
