ポードの三つ星ホテル

「At a very prime location of the city.」

「空港から近くて便利でした。スタッフは親切で手際よく、不満ありません。」

「Air conditioning was kind of not working properly」

「Lemon Tree was clean and comfortable. The staffs were well trained had enough hospitality for the guests. The room was big enough and it was cleaned well every day. There were some amenity stuffs as well. And Wi-Fi was well connected any time. The only thing I didn't feel comfortable was the location. It was quite far from the central part of Pune. I could arrange the hotel car anytime but it took more than 30 mins to get to the destination. The meal was nice and cheap. I didn't have any stomach...

「He was very friendly and gave detailed responses. The room is also very cute, and I'm grateful that I can use the hot shower without any problems. thank you very much. The restaurant is delicious and they even bring food to your room. it's the best. The only thing is that the room cleaning time is late at 3pm, so you can't use the room during that time. I still want to use it!」

「感染症で休んでいた際にも気をつかってもらい、不自由なく過ごすことができました。」

「Very good stay. Great food. Great staff. Very attentive」

「This hotel is geared for Indians not internationals , so if you want anything not Indian, even English being spoken be warned this hotel will present issues. Given that is is close to the airport and rooms are excellent value」

「I have booked hotel for one night that is for 11-12 June 2025. But Expedia staff has given day stay voucher to hotel wrongly and hotel denied the room saying that your booking is for day. It was night stay booking.i have not got stay please refund my full amount.」

「There was no pool」

「Staff was not knowledgeable about what was required at the check-in and kept blaming Expedia for the goof ups. I arrived late night on the day of my check-in and had some senior citizens with me and they would not let us check-in bcos one of the 5 guests did not have Adhar card with them. I had my Drivers license, Passport copy and also my Pan card and they insisted they needed my Adhar card only and at that point we insisted that if they wanted anything specifically they should have listed that...

「Bathroom was not cleaned properly, there was mold on the walls and floor. There was a leak on the roof in the bathroom-room entrance . Staff was very helpful as we arrived in the middle of the night and check in did not take too long . Breakfast food was really good」

「朝食美味しくいただきました。」
