「Clean hotel, friendly staff. Great selection for breakfast buffet. I had originally booked for myself (1 guest) but in the end, I had an extra guest. Even though it was a king bed easily large enough for a couple, the hotel charged me for the extra person. This is the first time I’ve had this experience! 」

「You have to keep asking for regular services like housekeeping!!! While checking in claimed that I didn’t have reservation and they can give me room if I payed. When I insisted that I payed through Expedia for whole period of my stay and am not going to pay again they admitted their mistake.
