"My wife and I stayed at the Bryne Hotell after a Burns Supper organized and hosted by the hotel. A very enjoyable event accompanied by traditional music (a visiting Scottish band), bagpipes, whisky, haggis and poetry. A great local band Ållveltes also played later in the evening which made for a fun night. Hope to do it again next year. "Older hotel, my room was small but had everything I needed, This hotel is right on the water, centrally located with the shopping district close by, including several restaurants "

"Good price for a simple room. Actually no staff. You use a pin number to enter the hotel and your room. Expedia was to send us the pin and room number, but didn't. Had to call (international call for me) to get the hotel to send me the pin and room number by text. But for the price, it was a good room and great part of the city to stay and walk around to many local restaurants and bars. "
