All staff are very kind and friendly. Location is so convenient Ifor the station.

Beutifully redone property in an excellent location

The Hotel Casa W is a small, sweet hotel with lovely staff that is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's easy to travel from there to Venice's many cultural destinations, and it's a relief to return to in the evening. The hotel breakfast was excellent and the rooms were spacious and well-stocked.

We read all the reviews and were so surprised at how much better than any of the reviews this hotel is. It is clean, located in a great spot, the service was amazing and our favorite breakfast of all time was at this hotel. It is very close to the airport and even closer to the cruiseport. The staff was very helpful in giving us options of less expensive ways to see Venice. Everyone was friendly and happy to answer our sometimes strange questions about Venice. Yes it is an expensive city to...

The hotel was located in a great location, central to a lot of dining and shopping options. It was a quick boat taxi from the train station or a 20-25 minute walk. The room was very clean and slept well. The hotel is connected to their cafe which is convenient for quick bites and cafe

Had a great stay at this well-located property. The Beds were awesome. The Breakfast was a surprise with so many options to eat and so many staff members ensuring everything is in place. Would have liked to see couple comfortable chairs in the room.

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff was helpful and friendly. Only thing to keep in mind- it’s right on a canal which is great for travel but boats are going early in the morning and can be a bit loud. Didn’t diminish my stay though!

After a week travel through Italy we were starting to wear down and our stay at Hotel Arcadia was a pleasant surprise of comfort and hospitality. The place was nice, quiet, clean, even though it is still a bit on the main drag for people departing the train. The staff was very friendly and anything we wanted was a phone call away. The breakfast each morning was fantastic and the cappuccinos were amazing. Would definitely recommend this place for couples looking for a smaller, quiet hotel with a...

Great place, super clean and amazing staff!

The owners are super friendly.

Great hotel for Venice area. Small but like home. Very nice, informative, helpful and professional staff from the reception to the lady in charge of the breakfast. Very clean and updated. Excellent location near all landmarks. Water taxi stop is nearby 2-3 minutes walk. Very comfortable. I would go back again.

Breakfast and coffee were outstanding! Ultra modern, quiet and clean hotel. Excellent location for access to water transport, St. Marks Square, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel highly. No complaints whatsoever!

Hotel was excellent, great service from staff. Easy to get to from water taxi and to depart as well. Breakfast was awesome w great selection. Rooms clean and as advertised! Great stay!!!!

Loved the staff and the view of the canal. So convenient to piazzale Roma and st Lucia. The breakfast offered by the hotel is exceptional and so affordable. You won’t regret staying here:)

Rooms were small but lovely. Breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. All staff were very pleasant. Reception staff were terrific! Very convenient location and very reasonably priced.

This hotel is on a canal. It has the most gorgeous back garden coutryard, which was our window view. When arriving by public water taxi, there is only one bridge to schlep your luggage over. The front desk man was great and helped take our bags up to the second floor by elevator. It is a lovely mix of old and new tastefully meshed together. Our room was rather sparse and needed a second chair and a larger bureau to hold my cosmetics and such. The bed was OK. It did have a smart TV. Bathroom...

amazing

This property was excellent in every way. Clean, exceptionally friendly staff, fantastic location- if I am lucky enough to go to Venice again I will stay here!

I was hesitant to book this hotel especially since it's faily new and did not have many ratings. I was blown away by this hotel. By no means is it a 5 star, but it is a solid 3.5/4 star hotel. The rooms were high tech and I was surprised and happy to get an upgrade without even asking. The bathroom was clean and our room was very quiet. The vaporetto station was a 100 ft from the hotel and there were several cheap breakfast spots around the hotel. I was able to walk all over Venice from this...
