"The property is old, but rooms were clean and decent, Beach frontage, and excellent views on the ocean side rooms of the property, Small outdoor bath, On site parking, about 20 minutes drive to Main city of Miyazaki, Not much around the actual property but a short walk to Aoshima and supermarket "

"Me and my friend had an amazing stay at Sea Dweller! The host was super nice and helped drive us to and from the beach and train station, even though it is easily walkable. He also recommended some great dining options. Would definitely come back!"

"Considering the remote location and the rather outdated room, it was very expensive. While it is by the beach, that isn’t much of an atttaction outside of summer. Breakfast buffet was 2700, dinner buffet was 5,000. I didn’t have either. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked. It wasn’t bad; just very expensive for such a rural location, and kind of tired looking. "

"Our stay at Park View Aoshima was carefree. There are several really good restaurants nearby, a good sized market, and the apartment is very comfortable. Darren and Eiko are excellent hosts, very responsive and available. I can't say enough about the stay at their place."

"Lovely setting in the hills with a nice golf course. We didn't use the spa or pool. Room was good size and comfortable. The food was ok with both dinner and breakfast buffet style. We enjoyed our short stay."
