Nice to have a Seicomart on the bottom of the building. Walkable to Tozai Subway Line which will get you most anywhere you need to get to in Sapporo."

Take into account travel time and take taxis where subways cannot reasonably take you. The kitchen was bare-bones but enough for temporary use.
