"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was conveniently close to everything and you can quickly get your bearings."

"The hotel was easy to reach by tram. Sites were close by as well as a number of restaurants. The coffee machine and ability to fill your water bottle at reception were very handy. Rooms were clean and looked to be newly renovated. Common areas were very nice. "

"Close to the centre of Gent with a tram stop directly outside to take you to the train station, or a 20 minute walk. Beds comfy, rooms clean and warm ,shower hot, good for the price. Cafés nearby if going out for breakfast. Other guests were noisy late one evening but this was quickly resolved by the night staff. The walls are a little thin. I have stayed here before some years ago and would stay again. "

"Lovely hotel, clean comfortable bed and excellent bathroom with both bath and separate shower. Water, coffee and tea available. Only criticism, the air conditioning was not working - we were told just on the 6th floor. It 25 degrees whilst we were staying. We were offered and accepted an electric fan, and advised to keep the windows open. Not ideal as the street was noisy late at night and early morning."

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff very accommodating. My only complaint, and it’s very minor, is having to remember to lock the room door when we left as the doors did not lock automatically. Regardless, I would stay here again and very much enjoyed it."
