「Lemon Tree was clean and comfortable. The staffs were well trained had enough hospitality for the guests. The room was big enough and it was cleaned well every day. There were some amenity stuffs as well. And Wi-Fi was well connected any time. The only thing I didn't feel comfortable was the location. It was quite far from the central part of Pune. I could arrange the hotel car anytime but it took more than 30 mins to get to the destination. The meal was nice and cheap. I didn't have any stomach...

「Overall, my stay at the hotel was satisfactory, but there are some areas that could be improved. While the value for money was reasonable, I found the parking access to be lacking. Additionally, I was disappointed to find expired cream sachets in the room. Moreover, there was an inconvenience as I had to request towels during my stay. I hope these issues can be addressed to enhance the guest experience in the future.」

「I had a four night stay at the Hotel Ketan and I would definitely choose to stay there again. The hotel is centrally located in a busy part of town. The free breakfast was very filling and fun to try local dishes. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange a car from the airport upon request. 」
