"This is a great location and concept! No more space than needed, but very thoughtful with use of space and amenities. The staff was fairly helpful, though I needed to figure a few things out myself (language barrier may have contributed, which is certainly not their fault). Beautiful spaces that were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. "

I booked a double, as I expected it to be relatively small. IF the hotel has a bigger-size room, I would gladly stay there next time. Is there a bigger-size room? How much bigger? "I like the self check in and express checkout. Easy location for flight from haneda airport. Very small room as we most of hotel in Japan. Hot spring for free is a big plus. Love the restaurants nearby. Overall, I like my stay here"

"It’s a nice little place on a little uphill near Shinagawa station. Transport is convenient and friendly staff. If you use yamato luggage service, it’s great. And there’s not many convenient stores nearby. "

"They don't check you in early its at 3pm even though a room is ready before 3. Breakfast has a wide variety. Hotel is clean, single room is enough space for cabin n back pack. The station is close and easy to get on Ginza line or Keiko to airport. I would stay again."

"The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. They had someone that could communicate in English to help with the check in. The hotel has plenty of restaurants including a TGI Fridays for those wanting a burger and fries. The 7 Eleven downstairs had plenty to choose from in case you had a late run. The hotel was very clean and the room had a beautiful view to the city. "
