Just a great stay with no problems. Hotel looks new and modern. My room was a bit small but normal by Japanese standards. Really easy to get here from Hakata Station. I come to Fukuoka often this is place is better then most of the other places I've stayed at. Next time I come, this will be the first place I I try to book with. I didn't get her name but my housekeeper on the 10th floor

Staff is very kind, polite and helpful. Love that there's lots of options and train station near by

no problems

A few meters from the station entrance!

Very good location. Breakfast had good choices. A lot of shopping. Only thing is lobby to check in is very small and everyone’s luggage is in the way or would have given 5. The main lobby is way too small. That is the only downside

It was at a convenient area and enjoyed the public bath

Very close to the station, cute and spacious room. We enjoyed our stay!

Good location. Clean, good staff and just 2 minutes walk to Hakata main station.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were kind and attentive. The amenities were excellent, especially the pajamas. It’s also very close to the station, which was really convenient. I had a wonderful stay.

3rd time staying at a Dormy Inn; 2nd at Gion. The location is great (especially the proximity to the Kawabata Arcade and Canal City); Hakata Station is also within walking distance. It's a treat to have access to a hot spring bath and the ice pops, probiotic drinks and late-night ramen are other pluses.

We booked two double beds rooms with a massage chair. The rooms are relatively clean and tidy. But, I found some stains in the toilet door and dirt in closestool. The size of rooms are also relatively big. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The choice of breakfast has quite been wide range. The taste of food is delicious. However, this hotel does not have free parking for customers. They only give the customers a little discount for the parking fee. The normal parking fee is ¥2000...

First time in Japan and our hotel was great and located to a lot of places within walking distance. Friendly staff and great accommodations!

Close to all forms of transportation.

Very nice hotel with many comforts, and just a short walk to the main parts of the city for anyone who's able-bodied. All around excellent.
