「会社の出張で、2週間ほど滞在しました。 朝食は、種類も豊富で、どれも美味しかったです。 レストランも利用させてもらいましたが、こちらもとても美味しかったです。 イノアビットショッピングモールも、すぐそばで、滞在中は何も不便はありませんでした。 もし、またムンバイに行く機会があれば、お世話になりたいと思います。」

「old torn furniture, rooms smell corridors smell, there is very dim lighting in rooms. There is no guest help service for baggage.I am surprised that expedia is allowing such hotel to be advertised at such high rate. 」

「Staff was not knowledgeable about what was required at the check-in and kept blaming Expedia for the goof ups. I arrived late night on the day of my check-in and had some senior citizens with me and they would not let us check-in bcos one of the 5 guests did not have Adhar card with them. I had my Drivers license, Passport copy and also my Pan card and they insisted they needed my Adhar card only and at that point we insisted that if they wanted anything specifically they should have listed that...
