"The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the beds were firm, but comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located in close proximity to Nasushiobara Station, and the bus stops near the West Exit."

"Wonderful staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, solid wifi, perfect location right next to Shin Shirakawa station"

"Very good"

"Lovely old world victorian style guest house. Lovely wooden bath. Great location and very peaceful. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"The staff was great, spoke good English. The room was clean, and I enjoyed the breakfast. "

"This was a jumping off point for us as we visited Nikko National Forest. The property was clean and the staff very helpful. Would stay here again."

"Late checkout is expensive."

"DISGUSTING. The stench of mold and damp permeated every space and every floor. The elevator smell was the worst. Stains everywhere including the ceiling. This place hasn’t been maintained in probably 40 years. The whole area is falling apart and most buildings are abandoned. We couldn’t get out of here fast enough. I will be making a proper complaint with photos."

"It was a very meaningful stay."

"It's very cheep also dinner was fine."

"Friendly staff, comfortable, clean room, good breakfast."
