「Pros: Very clean room in a recently built neighborhood. Excellent security and the reserved parking spot was a PLUS! Cons: All the info regarding the access to the apt, the tenant’s and renter’s responsibilities and the incidentals was overwhelming and somewhat confusing. Way too much info in the emails and attachment. If you could streamline that to the bare minimum, you’d get a perfect 10! Keep up the good work and I will definitely stay with BHA on my next trips to the area!」

「This was a great place to stay. If I'm in the area and they have a room, I will stay there again.」

「We had a standard queen sized room with mountain view. The room was tiny - so small that you had to squeeze to get around the bed. No robes. Shower gel and soap provided. Breakfast was ok. Ran out of black tea. No kettle or water in the room. Worst part is the noise. Very poor insulation so you can hear all neighbouring rooms and music from the restaurant. Bed is hard and uncomfortable- only one pillow per person issued. Wouldn't visit again.」

「Brilliant location and beautiful boutique hotel with unique rooms and delightful roof balcony. Good breakfast. Parking is a pain in the old town so expect to have to circle round a bit. Amenities are lacking - there was no shampoo, conditioner or tissues. Very polite helpful staff. Wonderful overall.」

「Location & Customer Service of the Highest Quality. We will be back soon」

「Had a very nice stay at the apartment. It's a nice little place and the location of it is pretty good and everything in the old town is easy to visit by a small walk. Totally recommended! Bed could be a little harder」

「Very nice place to stay, very convenient and a short walk to the historic sites Very friendly staff and great breakfast Good, secure, parking available for an additional costs」
