「Our host was super friendly and helpful! She replied to all our questions really quickly, gave us great tips on hiking trails, and even helped us book a taxi with a local Georgian driver who didn’t speak English. The room was perfect for the three of us—spacious, cozy, and with the most amazing view of Mount Kazbegi and the church. We really enjoyed our stay!」

「I stayed at Best Western Hotel from 31 December 2025 to 5 January 2026. The full amount for the stay was paid during check-in and split 50/50 between myself and my friend. However, on 22 January, I noticed an unauthorized charge of AED 3,033.71 made by the hotel to my card. I immediately contacted the reception.
