「A family-friendly place with beautiful pool, splash zone, playground and jumping pad. The river view cabins really do have a full view of the river. The boardwalk is lovely but very short. At one end is a stagnant lagoon that smells awful, but at the other end it's a beautiful broad platform with tables and a fantastic view. Everything is clean - amenities, cabins, pathways. 「Spacious family room but the property was unclean and not well maintained at all. The walls, blinds and curtains were covered in dust and grit. The surfaces of the bathroom and kitchen were clean but I did not open any cupboards or drawers and would not have been comfortable cooking and/or eating due to the sheer amount of dirt on the other surfaces - I would say it has been several years since the place has been properly cleaned.
