"Walkable distance to a few attractions such as the Sapporo TV Tower and Clock Tower. Odori subway station has many exits and the nearest would be Exit 34. Room is nice and clean. Bonus are the microwave and washing machine provided. The only downside is that there is no bottled water in the room. Overall a great and comfortable stay!"

"I reccomend this hotel. Great customer service and amenities, including the hot spring onsen and the enriched and yummy breakfast. You can get freely a cozy pijamas and personal items (toothbrushes, shower caps, etc.) It is very convenient and I felt more than welcomed there. I will book again this hotel if I will visit again Sapporo. Arigato gozaimasu!"

It is located just 2 blocks from Odori park and across the botanical garden, which is worth a visit. The most serious inconvenience is the lack of space for luggage and a closet. You are forced to use your luggage, couch, tea table as a makeshift closet, ruining the entire aesthetics of the place. There is no concierge and the staff is young and speak...

"Staff were really friendly and helpful! And I really liked the light breakfast that they provided for free. Coin laundry machines are available on the first floor (no detergent required). Room was a little bit dusty but acceptable. Pillows were a bit soft but not an issue as you can request for more pillows. Would stay there again!"
