Housekeeping was a disappointment as on two days we didn’t receive any housekeeping and on one day we did they didn’t change the toilet roll, we ran out as it didn’t get changed for the whole 4 night stay and we phoned up but 3 hours later still no toilet roll, phoned again and eventually came around 1 hour later. "Nice property with large rooms and great for a family of 4. One room had a light odor but the staff did their best to air out the room and remove the odor, but unfortunately the odor was still there. Staff were nice and very friendly. Overall great experience and parking was free. Will come back at this location. "

"I really enjoyed our stay, super friendly and helpful staff, lovely atmosphere and really nice rooms. The food and service in the restaurant was good with enough choice and flexibility for kids. The hotel was clean and well taken care of but a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms since I found some hairs in the shower and in one of the beds. Still, great place to stay and if I ever come back to the area I will definitely stay here again."

"The property's proximity to Efteling is great! Perfect to spend a day at the park then unwind at the hotel's various lounges and restaurants with excellent staff! It's easy to get to and from Hotel de Kroon and the GuestHouse hotel. Overall we had a great stay!"
