The hotel had no reception, which is a glorified air bnb therefore not a hotel. The check-in system is lousy. You are reliant on your phone to open doors, what if your battery dies? Next, most of the staff were very unpleasant, rude at best. One of them literally hustled my partner to pay the bill mid-stay meanwhile the booking was in my name. I was in the room trying to pay via their lousy link which barely worked. Next the bed was very uncomfortable, mattress was too soft. We ended up with back pains. This area is too far from Amsterdam there’s no need. I do not recommend.and I’m actually very offended at how they hustled my partner to pay the bill mid-stay while the booking was in my name.

Beautiful Hotel- Gorgeous Lobby- very convenient- lots of great restaurants close by- close to the ,market- Bikes to rent - very helpful staff

Noisy room, air conditioning cut out in the night so didn’t sleep well, nice friendly staff

This was simply fantastic. If you choose to dine in on a weekend, reserve it because local restaurants in walking distance closed. During work week, this place is buzzing.
