「Close to Kinsmen park. Shower was great pressure however very low ceilings. Good amenities and appreciated the coffee to go. Overall comfortable, clean and staff were very friendly.」

「The Bayshore is older, but renovated hotel. Very clean, bright rooms and comfortable beds. It is in the perfect Waterton location. Right beside the marina, opposite the gas station with all the bike rentals. It has a fantastic restaurant, coffee shop, bar and spa all attached to the property. We’ll stay again.」

「This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've experienced. The room I was originally checked into was clearly not properly cleaned. The windows had filthy hand smear marks and there was leftover food sitting in the microwave from a previous guest. It's unacceptable that a room in this condition was considered ready for check-in. After complaining, I was moved to another room, but instead of resolving the problem, I was simply downgraded to a smaller, lower-value room with less beds...

「このホテルからウオータートンレイクへの道は、特に朝の時間帯に素敵な車窓風景を楽しむことができる。 部屋は、室内も寝具も綺麗に整えられていて良かった。 プールエリアのホットタブは大きくてゆっくりとくつろぐことができた。 マイナスポイントは、室内の照明が少なくて部屋の中全体が薄暗いこと。バスルームの換気扇がとてもうるさいこと。備え付けのシャンプーの質がいただけないこと。隣室のシャワーがちょうどベッドの枕元側だったようで、タイミング悪くうるさかったこと。 」
