「Very helpful staff at check in. Large quite suite on the harbour. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. We had a very pleasant stay and will return in the future.」

「It was fine but you need to be able to receive the check-in instructions by SMS. As we were coming from overseas, we couldn't receive SMS in Canada. Fortunately the management operator left an envelop for us at the reception. We found lots of hairs stuck on the walls of the shower. That left us with a negative impression in terms of cleanliness」

「We had a wonderful stay. The room had a beautiful view and we loved using the hot tub in the evening. It is a 15-20 minute walk to central Ucluelet which was nice as one night we went to Pluvio for the Chef’s tasting menu with wine pairing and didn’t want to drive. Brock answered any questions by email very quickly. It felt like we were all alone here. 」
