「Delightful, historical inn right next to Clark Island Preserve. Lovely wee walks on the shore and to the old quarry. Minimal light pollution at night allows for terrific stargazing. Rooms are on the small side, but thoughtfully designed. Included breakfast was delicious, with fresh made biscuits and a nice selection of offerings. Only slight negative is the slow WiFi, but maybe it's okay to take a break from streaming and read a book!」

The location of the Elms is splendid, easily walking distance to anything you want in town. Which makes parking at the inn and leaving your car for the weekend a breeze. Convenient to Boothbay and lots of downeast inlets and harbors. Very quiet, but close to groceries, food and farm stands. Our only regret was not staying longer- we would have loved to grill and use the fire pit!」
