"Positives are that it's in a great central location near the Red Mosque and restaurants and a great price. The staff was really friendly and helpful as well and helped me arrange airport transportation. Negatives are that the internet didn't work the day I was there, the room A/C was set to 32 degrees and I couldn't adjust it, and the room and hotel itself seemed a little run down and creepy. I didn't mind too much since I was there for just a night before my flight home, though. Would recommend...

"Really nice little gem in the city. All the staff were really nice and helpful. The food was excellent and pleasantly surprised by valentine 5 course dinner. All reasonably priced. Room was big and beautiful bathroom. Highly recommend. "

We had a very late check-in and the staff were friendly and very welcoming! The room was clean, bed was comfy and we had a great view from our room. wifi was excellent! Breakfast again we were amazed, a full English! The location is perfect, walking distance to many attractions. You really are in the heart...
