"We stayed as a family of 3 adults. The room itself was a bit on the small size and the fold out bed wasn’t very comfortable. However, the staff were very helpful and the location was great. Very close to the waterfront and some great restaurants nearby. We were in the 1st floor and the windows were surprisingly soundproof. Overall, we were happy with our one night stay. "

"I enjoyed my solo stay Room was well located Very close to Toledo station which I used a lot Room was tiny, but very clean and well equipped and they cleaned and restocked daily. It was very quiet at night I had an extremely warm welcome Sunday morning from lady on duty. She was a gem "

"I have traveled all over the world and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever walked into. The outside of the hotel looks nice, but the photos on the site are very deceptive to what the rooms are actually like. The place needs torn down and severely renovated. Bugs in the bedding and unclean/wet floor. It was so bad that I walked into the room set my stuff down and booked another hotel right away because there was yelling in the hallway and didn’t feel safe. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE......
