「This hotel is incredible. Beautifully designed pool and restaurant/bar area with beautiful lighting at night. Impeccably clean with incredibly attentive staff. Very close to the beach as well, which itself is very quiet. We had an absolutely amazing stay and I wish we could have stayed more days. Everything feels very luxury about the place... definitely stay here if you have the chance!」

「Our stay for our family of 4 at Aninga Lodge was fantastic. The room was clean and convenient. We spent a lot of time at the pool with the kids, they loved it, especially when the monkeys and toucans were hanging out in the trees. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The only downside we found was the transportation between the hotel and Tortuguero town. There is a boat provided for the hotel every few hours, but it isn't often enough to be convenient. 「無料の空港、ホテル間の送迎サービスをしてくれる。 ただし、２４時間以上前に予約を入れること。 この内容は、ホテルのサイトにもエクスペディアのサイトにも記載されていません。 到着時の送迎は、事前にメールで伝えていましたが、帰りの送迎は、前日の夕方ホテルのレセプションに伝えましたが、２４時間を切っているので有料になると言われた。 どこにもその情報がなく、私のせいでもないのに、余分に費用をかけるつもりはないので、何とかするよう頼んだ。 担当者が、知り合いに連絡して、他の人の送迎に便乗する形で、無料のサービスを提供してくれた。 緊急の対応をしてくれて、感謝しています。 ホテルのスタッフは、みんな親切で、フレンドリーで安心して泊まれるホテルです。」
