バミューダの三つ星ホテル

「My stay at the Hilton west end Richmond Va was trifling. Housekeeping never came in my room and when I asked the front desk for services they told me okay and I never received said services. When I called to ask for someone they put me on hold for 30 minutes to say inform me that housekeeping restocked the coffee which was NEVER drunk and changed the trash which was never used. This was by far the worst stay I have ever experienced. Staff was very inconsiderate and un reliable after I traveled...

「Well we had issues getting into our room the card to open the door or the card reader was having issues so I had to go and get new cards and still had issues but was finally able to get in.」

「The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The bed was a little worn out (seemed like there was a ridge in the center) and there was a knob missing from the dresser, but the overall condition and experience was what I would expect at any other hotel at this price point. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the agency I was working with. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. Parking was free and plentiful. The staff was responsive. I would stay here again.」

「Clean room」

「We've been coming to this property for 6 years now. It has declined over the years. At least both elevators worked this year. The staff seemed less engaged this year.」

「Elevator noise in the room」

「以前も泊まっていますが、いつも通りに素晴らしい場所でした。チェックインアウトはスムーズ。食事はシンプルながらも美味しい。」

「Friendly staff」
