"This is probably the best hotel in the town, great staff, a beautiful room, well designed to Western standards and a great view of the lake from the third floor. A glass wall in the bathroom afforded a view of the lake from the shower. They also provided us with an oxygen tank to the room for 180 bob which was great. "The kind gentleman checking us in at around 7:30pm was new and unfortunately not familiar with the system. We walked into our assigned room and there was an unknown couple in the bed. Turns out we were given an already occupied room. This was a humiliating experience for all of us, but particularly for the couple in bed. We were then offered another room, but when we walked in we realized it had not been cleaned at all since the previous guests left. There was trash and the bed was unmade, etc....
