「It’s not the best place to stay. I hope they can fix it the hospitality over there the people that work there. When leaving, they were laughing and not helping at all…… the second guest had health issues devices to be plugged in and cannot stay in the room because the electricity outlets were flickering」

「I had high expectations for this resort because it came highly recommended by family members who have stayed here several times. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, our villa’s floors were dusty and dirty, and the pool was so cloudy that it did not appear safe to swim in. As a Florida resident, I know what a properly maintained pool should look like. By the time we checked out, the pool was crystal clear, which made it even more disappointing that my children missed...

「The staff was friendly and helpful, however the hotel is not very close to restaurants or markets and the hotel only offers breakfast if purchased. You defenitely need a car to get anywhere. The property is beautiful. The walls of the hotel are very thin and someone brought their dog that barked so loud it was kind of upsetting in the morning.」
