"On the same street as Wyndham Sun Moon Lake, but cost 10x less. Good for 1-2nights stay. Clean place with private, lockable cabins, and very near the ITA Thao shopping street and pier. You can walk along the lake to the cable car station and the Nine Frogs Stack 九蛙疊像. Even though the opening hours of some food stores are quite unpredictable, there are plenty of options and two convenience stores around."

"The hotel is old. The room is old. But the staff are friendly and it’s just near all the amenities such as 7-11 and cheap and good restaurants. The toilet and shower room are clean. "The homestay is situated right on the main road up to Alishan, had comfortable rooms and delicious fresh breakfast. The best part, though, was the owners Dany and Dora who got in touch a few days before our stay with information regarding getting there and made arrangements accordingly. "8日間、長期滞在した。論文執筆のため静かで落ち着ける環境が必要だったからだ。レイクビューはとてもよく、部屋も広かったので、狙い通りだった。朝食はフレンチトーストを中心としたもので、美味だった。昼食と夕食には、湖岸に設けられた遊歩道で街の中心部出かけた。片道20分ほど。運動にはちょうど良かった。到着時と出発時には、台中と連絡するバスの水社visitor center に、宿の主人が送迎してくれた。快適な滞在だったが、一つ改善点があるとすれば、シャワーと便器の間にカーテンがないため、用を足すとき、足が濡れてしまうこと。これが改善されれば、完璧か。"
