Did online check-in so didn't actually meet any staff, but had everything I needed and the location was perfect for my needs. "This hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, with narrow alleys, beautiful, historic architecture, and many tempting places to eat. The lobby has several interesting historical pieces; thankfully our room was modern and clean. The alley outside the hotel is too narrow for cars, so our taxi dropped us about 50 yards away. It was no problem for us, but if you have a ton of luggage, or kids in strollers, it might be a bit challenging."
