"room was upgraded for free , to 701 with a harbour view. 2x thinfs i didn,t like about room was ... 01. digital safe did not work & 02. opening door from outside, covered the light switch, so you had to close door ipon entry, BEFORE inserting hotel card-key , to switch lights on... otherwise staff were professional & courteous. Location is under-rated & easy access, to mtr / taxis / trams / food stores / restaurants. sleeping area was spacious, but shower room was a tight squeeze. Shower...

And still they allowed us to stay but the management keep always nocking door to our room to call the customer service of Hotel.com until we decided to go out that night. "
