「I did not know about I needed to put HK$500 cash when i check in. They should have messaged me so I could bring more cash.」

「I stayed simply because I had a 13 hour layover. With the instructions, the place is not hard to find. The host was very very helpful, even when I was late for my check-in. He carefully explained to me how to use the amenities and even how to take the bus back in the early morning for the airport. He’s very knowledgeable on local transportation. I would definitely stay here again. One thing, though, I was only travelling with a backpack, so it wasn’t too difficult to walk through the forest...

「Really friendly and nice staff. Location is perfect just a min walk to the nearest station. Facilities are great it has everything including a meeting room, kitchen and a basic gym. Check in and out are done by the security guards, room cleaning schedule are a bit unpredictable, the room is very small even the double room is only good for one person. Overall very good experience.」

「We were asked to pay our booking reservation over the counter because they said the Hotel.com does not pay to the said property and they cannot find our booking Confirmation number. And still they allowed us to stay but the management keep always nocking door to our room to call the customer service of Hotel.com until we decided to go out that night. 」
