"This was was the worst booking I have made. I made a booking and received the confirmation too. When I went to to the apartment location at the time of check in, I contacted the online agent to send me an access cod which was meant to b sent to me to enter the building and the room. However, the agent went back and fourth with me for 2 hours to end up saying they haven’t got a booking for me even though I sent him a screenshot of my booking confirmation they could not do anything. "I tried repeatedly to contact the hosts in order to gain access to the property, both through messages and by phone but my calls were constantly hung up on. Absolutely terrible behaviour! We were 6 adults and 2 children and had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute with no notice whatsoever. It was extremely stressful and unacceptable.
