"Excellent receptionist on both days, there were really helpful especially as I had to cut my trip short by one day.. Eventhough the sink was cracked and the plug in it didn’t raise, I thoroughly enjoy the quirkiness of the hotel. I’d go again. "

"Great experience at this hotel. It's location is perfect, right next to the city centre (and in the middle of two of Nis' attractions - the Fortress & the Skull Tower). The rooms are large, bright, clean and spacious. Even the balcony was big. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating - from showing me on Google maps which ATM/bankomat to use without fees, to allowing me to check out later (which enabled me to work for a few hours longer before moving to another country).
