"The room was clean and well-priced. Staff was fast and friendly. My only complaint is that the room smelt like cigarettes. "

"Arrived at night so can’t comment. Was not expecting to go up a flight of stairs to the room. As an older person it wasn’t great carrying luggage up."

"It is bit far from Yellowstone West entrance, and the highway is too dark in the night to drive with many road curves. but the property location is scenic and good"

"They need to put large signs on the road to tell the room numbers. Like 2001-2010. The only numbers were on the doors and small. Rooms were big and clean. We had a problem with our heater/AC and they swapped it out while we were gone ON A HOLIDAY!!"

"The room itself was fine. The furnishings were incredibly old and falling apart! We do travel with a small dog so I feel as though even though we pay more for that, pet owners get put into the run down rooms. "

"Beautiful hotel, great location, comfortable bed. Quiet, despite location near a busy street. Ordinary breakfast, but you get to eat it in a lovely area decorated like a mountain lodge."

"It is an older hotel that is rustic and well kept. The decor of the room screams Montana."

"Great stop on our way out West. The hotel is near to or pretty much on the Crow Reservation. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I loved being told “welcome to crow country!” The hotel is clean and has a nice breakfast. There is a taco John’s restaurant almost in the parking lot. Nice hotel and the area much of what you need on your way out of town. "

"Our overall stay was amazing. Everyone was nice and polite, and very helpful with anything that we needed. The breakfast is the same everyday, but it was good. This property isn't located in the best area but we didn't have any issues. It is a little hard to get to if you are using google maps and are unfamiliar with the area. It is close to restaurants, fast food places and a Starbucks. "
