「Blue Iguana in Costa Rica was such a nice surprise. The location’s perfect—close to the action, but still relaxed. Staff were really warm and helpful, always smiling and welcoming. Food was great—fresh and delicious. Everything felt clean and comfortable. Loved the easy, laid-back feel. I’d definitely recommend and I look forward to returning! 」

「This hotel is good for their large pool, large parking lot, and direct beach location. It also has a modest breakfast included. The building itself is old and needs maintenance. The room had an opening to the outside in the bathroom so the bathroom was always hot. The a/c in the bedroom turned on but didn’t cool the room much, when we advised the staff we were told that it doesn’t work so good when it’s hot and that locals dont have any a/c. There wasn’t wifi in the room so you had to either sit...

The location was great. Several choices of restaurants nearby and close to beaches. Having stayed at many places in Costa Rica I would highly recommend Hotel Amira as a great place to stay.」
