"Great Location to Termini Station."

"Located in the centre of Rome surrounded by restaurants. 20 mins from Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain. Large rooms with AC, Ensuite. Plenty of towels and shampoo. Clean. Old fashioned charm. The lift was a 1950s antique and we loved it "

"If this is just a quick stop on your travels and need to be close to Rome Termini then this is a great place. It is clean and the staff was very nice and accessible. It isn’t as close to all of the main Rome attractions but we were totally fine walking everywhere. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and 15-20 minute walk from the Pantheon. Check in and check out was very easy. I thought it was kind of noisy at night if you want to get to sleep on the early side, but the other person who...

"The hotel owner Oscar is an excellent person. he scheduled a shuttle to airport for us, when our shuttle was late he took us to airport on his car, and we got there on time. Thank you very much Oscar. "

"The staff were super friendly and the hotel rooms were basic but very clean. The cleaning staff do an amazing job! They served a continental breakfast which was a nice way to start the day. The hotel is located half a block from Roma Termini station which is convenient for train travel but in a little “rough around the edges” area. But if you go two streets down you have incredible restaurants, gift shops and bakeries. I would happily stay here again. "

"This family run hotel was very nice and the family is friendly and very helpful. We had the family bedroom which is almost apartment sized. Plenty of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable. I would stay there again. Location was great. "

"Great service, clean room. Convenient to restaurants and sites of interest. Nothing fancy or new, but just what’s needed for a short stay in Rome. They communicated in WhatsApp so the response time was fast. Definitely a good choice "

"Overall, the room was old, but it was nice with a table for the family and plenty of space to spread out various suitcases. However, the shower curtain is very old and dirty and needs to be replaced."

"Nice place and I would stay again with maybe an interior room as this is a very busy corner. The only other thing I would ask for is better toilet paper. The gentleman who checked us in and out was kind and helpful and was very good at it."
