"Bed is to hard."

"It would be nice to perhaps receive an email on how to park while registering. The staff was super nice, even cooking our dinner in the pizza oven."

"The receptionist, Wassem, was excellent. We had to wait as he dealt with two customers but he was good with us, his English better than our French. The room was clean but small as was the bathroom. Just about ok for an overnight stay. Security was via a number that opened the room door, the main door and the parking gate. We felt safe. There was plenty of choice in restaurants nearby. "

"It is the typical European hotel with the pub/restaurant below and rooms above. We booked our room only an hour before arriving around 8pm. The staff and locals were extremely friendly and happy to speak English when the realized we spoke little French. Even my mom commented that they had been the friendliest people we have met in France. I was traveling with my mother and teenage daughter. "Check in confusing! Prior knowledge to `check in` at the restaurant would have been useful."

"It is in a fabulous position. I didn’t end up staying there as there was No elevator and very steep steps. Also no air conditioning. Unfortunately I have trouble getting back my money too. "
