「風呂付きの部屋を予約しましたが、風呂場は立派なのに湯どころか水も出ませんでした。到着が20時近くとても寒かったので結果的に風呂はいらなかったですが、掲載している限りはやはり使える風呂であってほしいです。でも翌朝、浮島の生活を見ると設備に期待してはいけないとわかりました。私たちはプーノ駅に18時過ぎに到着し、翌日の昼にはフリアカ空港出発というプランで時間は少なかったですが、送迎や短時間での近隣の観光のアレンジについては抜群でした。ワッツアップの返信も速いし、ご主人の英語や客の需要を理解する力もすばらしかったです。」

「バスで朝早く着いて、宿に行くと部屋に案内されました。親切でやってくれていると思ったら、支払いの際にアーリーチェックインしたから、と言って宿泊代の半額分を割増請求されました。アーリーチェックインとかお金がかかるとか、一切説明がなくて、ただ部屋に通されただけなので、代金を要求されてショックでした。親切なスタッフだったのに、この点がとても残念です。それからスタッフは英語を話せないこと、さらにはWi-Fiが使えなかったことがとてもマイナスでした。」

「This stay is on a floating island in Lake titicaca. As an experience it is amazing. However, be prepared that they only accept cash, the rooms are not heated, our stay on October 3rd 2024 was extremely cold. Nestor is a pleasant host, and gave us a tour of Uros island on our way back to shore. Note that the showers have limited access to hot water, and the toilet is a dry toilet, also there is no WiFi and limited cellular signal.
