「Great value for the money!! This hotel is a gem. The rooms are outdated, however, the location is unbeatable. It is right there at the beach and walking distance to Pensacola Beach wharf. It offers complementary breakfast, bikes, kayaks and boards. It has a pool and its own little beach. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I want to give special mention to Elizabeth. She has excellent customer services and makes sure everybody is comfortable and well taken care off.」

「Wonderful property, perfect location, quiet, and just beautiful! The mattresses were very comfortable, and it was very clean! We loved the office space overlooking the sound, as we needed to work a few days and didn't mind at all with the beautiful setup. The shades and four small ceiling fans were AMAZING in this area. I will be adding them to my home office. What a fantastic idea!! We love to cook, the kitchen is huge for a condo, the cookware/bakeware was fantastic, they had everything and...

「We enjoyed our stay. House was convenient and allowed us to bring our family pet. Communication was great. I left an item in the house after checkout and they were very responsive in helping me get it back. House does need some updating, bedrooms could use new blinds/window coverings. Overall pleased and would stay there again. 」

「The Portofino is a wonderful property with lots of amenities. We enjoyed the many pools and hot tubs and the easy walk to the beach. Our condo was mediocre. The queen bed was not comfortable. It seemed like it was a queen size mattress on a full size frame. The mattress hung off the side about 6 inches and it felt like you were rolling off. Master bathroom shower was dirty when we arrived. The other furniture was comfortable and we still had a great time. 」
