"The facilities is too old without TV and the safe is not working but their location is great. A night market is right next to it with a Durian stand. A shopping mall and lots of restaurants is in walking distance."

"The hotel design as industrial style which featuring raw textures and look modern vibe. Room is stylish, clean and comfort but bit small. No bottle water provided inside the room but each floor can be found the Coway water dispenser at outside the lift and there is a sharing chiller with room number small box to store your beverages and also snack counter at beside to grabs for free. They also provide free car parks for hotel guest. Can explore lot local foods, unique cafe, shops at surrounded...

"The caretaker /manager, Mr Lim, is a cheerful, friendly, and super helpful man. He is a credit to the owners, and i just hope they realise what a dedicated, and helpful man they have running their establishment. Without Mr Lim, the gurney would be nothing..!!"

"Helpful happy staff. Great spot with heaps of charm in a central location. It's an older building but well updated and kept. Good aircon and wifi. Ask for a room away from Chulia st though, its really loud. "

"Good location for everywhere in town. Best front desk staff and also cleaners. WiFi not stable on some times & area . Small pool on the real , same guest loudly even on 3am . Maybe ours room at ground floor . Not sure how about 1st floor . Room size ok , but ours bathroom without a window, a bit smelly, but other things all good . Night life ~ Bar around “ Lady stand on road side … … "

"Terribly bad and dissatisfied.. stay due to close to airport and k have flt the next day. Within 2 hours, 5 times the electricity out fr my room. Not even upgrade but at last switch me to another room in higher floor whereby no lift. Regret the new room tv network also caput. And the channel is out. "

"Hotel experience okay. No reception for the hotel, check in at the restaurant below the hotel. Hotel should provide clear direction mentioned where to check in. No wifi in room."

"Very good hotel with nice bathroom and bedroom Unfortunately the foot ferry from butterworth drops you about a 10 min walk up the road. Be careful of traffic You have to pay for tourist tax so I would advise you to get a receipt for this as I was nearly charged twice"

"Staff at this hotel is incompetent and horrible, especially the man with the glasses. He was very rude and arrogant and accused me of stealing their room key when I didn’t and talked to me so rudely. He then checked the camera and reached back to inform that the key was found. When I escalated the situation, they did not do anything about it. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, did not want to shower there. Would definitely not recommend."

"The staff is very welcoming and kind. The lobby downstairs is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. I wish they kept the snacks stocked but I guess that was minor. I really like how the place is decorated and would return if I could stay in one of their very cool private rooms. The wifi was excellent as well."

"Friendly staff greeted us and available 24 hours. Very nice people. The room and beds were comfortable but the bathroom had a lot of black mould that needs bleaching/removal. I also had to clean the toilet properly before using. Fantastic location for the street art trail, food, the jetty and public transport links. "

"Overall is a pleasant staying experience but the room amenities cleanliness need to improve such as the backside of LED TV and window backside of the curtain has a lot of dust and some spider web."
