"The roof top Onsen was first class. The range of food on offer at breakfast was amazing. We had the use of the hotel bikes for getting around which was greatThe room however smelt on cigarette smoke and it was a none smoking room. The air conditioning system left a very musty smell. It said on the screen service required. Still a very good stay"

"MAP was wrong, wrong, wrong! I used Safari It looks like hotel is RIGHT across the street from Dogo Onsen. This is the only reason I chose this hotel. It is not there, but 3-400 meters away. Hotel itself was great. Staff were very nice."

"Très bel établissement. Haut de gamme. Chambre moderne et un peu curieuse mais originale. Bain avec source d’eaux chaudes dans la chambre. Bon restaurant traditionnel. Personnel peu avenant à la réception."

"カワウソのぬいぐるみの忘れ物をしたと思うが、チェックアウト後だったため部屋に戻れず 問い合わせ先にもつながらず、諦めて退室しました 全く人がいないのはやはりダメではないかと 入口の机が忘れ物置き場のようでしたが、スマートウォッチが入ってました。過去の利用者の忘れ物とは思うが、利用者に一報連絡する、もしくはせめてもの警察に届ける等すべき"
