"The staff was super sweet and helpful with suggestions on what to do in Innsbruck. The view from the hotel is amazing and easy access to Innsbruck via a bus stop very close by. "

"High price for low value, impossible to park your car, no staff in reception, rude staff, found food on the floor when we checked in, not good breakfast"

Slight quibbles - memory foam mattress not comfortable for me and Innsbruck Welcome card (includes free local transport) not provided in advance which was possible. "

"Wir hatten leider das Pech, dass bei unserem Aufenthalt das Wetter schlecht war. Somit konnten wir die Angebote nicht nutzen. Dafür war der Preis für die Unterkunft zu teuer. Das Essen war überraschend gut, damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet. Das frühstücksbuffett hat alles geboten."
